Founder & AI Operations Partner

I started nimbleworx after 20 years leading technology inside other people's businesses. That experience taught me one thing above everything else: the technology is rarely the hard part. Understanding how a business actually works — and being honest about where it doesn't — is where the real work happens.

My approach has always been the same. Get close to the people and understand the work. Find what's genuinely working and build on it. Uncover what isn't, without judgement, and work out why. Then deliver something practical that fits the way the business actually operates, not the way it looks on paper.

I apply that same discipline to AI. Most businesses try to layer AI on top of how they already work. That's the wrong order. Fix the process first, understand where the real friction is, and then apply AI where it genuinely makes things better. The result is more productive people, sharper decisions, and a business that compounds over time.

I work alongside SMBs — not above them, not at arm's length. If that sounds like what you're looking for, let's have a conversation.

Better work first. AI second. That's not a tagline — it's how every engagement I've ever done has worked when it's worked well.

Process before technology

AI on top of broken process just gives you faster broken process. We fix the work before we apply the tools.

Done with you

I work alongside you, not above you. The best solutions come from understanding how you actually operate.

Built to compound

When AI is embedded properly, it gets better over time. That's the goal — not a quick win, but a lasting edge.

Let's start by understanding
how your business works.

The first conversation is about you — how you operate, where you're losing time, and whether a process-first approach to AI is the right fit. No pitch, no pressure.
