NimbleWorx Pty Ltd ("NimbleWorx", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

By using our website at nimbleworx.com or submitting your information through our contact forms, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Who we are

NimbleWorx Pty Ltd is an Australian business that helps small and medium businesses design and deploy practical AI solutions. Our registered office is in Australia.

2. What information we collect

We only collect information you choose to provide. This currently includes:

  • Your name and email address when you submit an enquiry through our contact form
  • Your company name and role if you provide them
  • A description of your business challenge or enquiry
  • Your cookie consent preference

We do not collect sensitive information (such as health, financial or government identifier information) and we do not collect information from children.

3. How we collect information

We collect personal information directly from you when you:

  • Submit an enquiry through our website contact form
  • Send us an email
  • Interact with our website chatbot

We do not collect personal information through third-party analytics, advertising platforms or data brokers. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any similar tracking tools.

4. How we use your information

We use your personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected:

  • To respond to your enquiry and follow up on potential work together
  • To communicate with you about our services
  • To improve how we respond to enquiries over time

We will not use your information for direct marketing without your explicit consent. We will not use it for any purpose that would be unexpected to you given how you provided it.

5. How we store and protect your information

Enquiry information submitted through our website is forwarded to our team by email. We do not currently maintain a separate database of personal information beyond standard email records.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Our website is hosted on Netlify, which uses industry-standard security practices.

If you would like your information removed from our records at any time, email us at privacy@nimbleworx.com and we will action it promptly.

6. Cookies

Our website uses a single functional cookie to store your cookie consent preference. This cookie does not track your behaviour, identify you personally or share data with third parties.

You can accept or decline this cookie using the banner shown on your first visit. You can also clear it at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or any third-party tracking cookies at this time.

7. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers who assist us in operating our website or services, where those providers are bound by confidentiality obligations
  • Where required by law or to comply with a legal obligation
  • To protect the rights, property or safety of NimbleWorx, our clients or others

We do not share personal information with overseas recipients at this time. If this changes, we will update this policy and take steps to ensure appropriate protections are in place.

8. Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date
  • Request deletion of your information from our records
  • Make a complaint about how we have handled your personal information

If you believe we have not handled your personal information in accordance with this policy or the Australian Privacy Principles, you can lodge a complaint with us at privacy@nimbleworx.com.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

11. PeopleEdge Diagnostic Tool

When you complete the PeopleEdge organisational readiness assessment at peopleedge.nimbleworx.com.au, we collect:

  • Your name, email address, and organisation name (provided voluntarily)
  • Your responses to the 24-question assessment
  • Your results including dimension scores and assigned archetype
  • Technical information including how you arrived at the tool (e.g. referral source)

How we use this information: We use your results to generate your personalised report and send it to you by email. We also use it to follow up with relevant resources over approximately 30 days (5 emails). You may unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email.

Who we share it with: Your data is stored securely in Supabase (database), delivered via Resend (email), and may be used within NimbleWorx's CRM and email platform (Loops.so) to manage follow-up communications. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

How long we keep it: Assessment results are retained indefinitely to allow NimbleWorx to provide relevant follow-up. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@nimbleworx.com.au.

Your rights: Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Contact us at hello@nimbleworx.com.au.
